Scott is one of the principals of Totalplan Inc. He has been a member of the
Totalplan team since March of 1993. Scott has a broad range of experience in designing,
building and relocating corporate interiors. For over 22 years his hands-on experience has
taken him from installing and servicing office furniture, to complete project coordination
for multi floor tenants in the Vancouver area. With his experience, along with the support
of his colleagues, there is a combined 100 plus years of experience in dealing with
construction issues to ensure the proper decisions are made.

Jean
is the controller of our organization. Her background includes over twenty-five years of
varied accounting experience. Before joining Totalplan, Jean worked for several years as
Western Regional Controller for a large oil and gas company. Along with her daily
responsibilities of streamlining our corporate accounting operations and managing our
financial matters, Jean also acts as our office solutions provider, assisting all members
of our group with whatever they need. Jean is a highly valued member of the Totalplan
team.

Andrew Jones
Project Designer

Andy
has over 22 years experience in the industry including involvement in the Interior Design,
Architectural, and Engineering disciplines. Along with his Project Design
responsibilities, Andy also acts as Totalplan’s technical resource administrator.
With his vast experience and knowledge of building codes and building systems information,
he is uniquely qualified to assist our project managers in the technical aspects of our
projects. Andy has been involved in numerous mega-projects for organizations such as
Revenue Canada and B.C. Transit.

Theresa Leung
Project Designer

Theresa
has a Bachelor of Interior Architecture to her credit and recently completed the NCIDQ.
She has been a member of the Totalplan team since 1990 and has successfully completed all
aspects of a wide variety of projects.

Russel Schweigert
Site Superintendent

Russell
has over thirty-one years of experience in the industry, and is a Journeyman Carpenter and
a B.C. Apprenticeship Certificate holder. Throughout the years, Russell has challenged and
successfully completed projects of every variety. His attention to detail with regard to
all aspects of his projects are well known, and complement his relationships with
landlords and tenant/clients alike. Russell is a key ingredient to the success of any
project the Totalplan team tackles.

are generally designated appropriate consultants by the landlord. Some which we have an
ongoing relationship with are as follows;
- Mechanical Consultants: Keen Engineering, Sterling Cooper
and Associates.
- Electrical Consultants: Schenke Bawol, Reid Crowther.
- Structural Consultants: Read, Jones, Christofferson.
