Totalplan Commercial Design Services - Portfolio

This project is a prime example of the varied approach to design and construction offered by Totalplan Inc. The landlord of the property engaged the services of a designer that they were accustomed to working with to provide the specifications. Totalplan Inc. was the successful contender for the construction process. As this space was extremely tight and had major traffic flow during the peak hours, hoarding and scaffolding had to be continually relocated. Due to specific site restraints, all measurements had to be confirmed, and paneling pre-assembled off site, which presented some very unique challenges to the project.
